View Full Details of Rosehill Care LtdI have been with Rosehill since July 2022 and during the time have had five carers, one of whom was a holiday temporary. The reasons for the changes were beyond the control of Rosehill Care. The carers have worked mainly in the house, as I do not need much personal care, but they wash my feet and also my hair. They wash up, put the rubbish and recycling in the bins, sweep, hover etc. and also do a little cooking for me and other odd jobs. Their work is very good and they are polite and willing. I have found their presence in my flat uplifting. I wasn't happy with the dress of one of the carers and on occasion with another, but uniforms have recently been issued, which with a personal adjustment means that things are now acceptable in my flat, although possibly not on the journey to and from it.
They are genuinely caring, very helpful. All the staff do their work properly. They keep good timing. All their care for me is always in a dignified manner.
My godmother is an extremely private person and does not really share her experience. However, I believe that the carers are always polite and willing. The management is aware of problems and responds promptly.
I had an excellent experience with the staff at Rosehill Care. The manager was very knowledgeable and nice taking me to coffee. My career was very caring, flexible and prompt, always planning my care needs with me. Collecting my tablets and taking me on hospital appointments. Sometimes does my shopping and laundry. Staff were polite and easy to talk to.
Having met various staff members, I am thoroughly impressed with their dedication to their work, and the excellent care they provide to my friend. Invariably cheerful, my friend also speaks extremely highly of them, and it is her experience that matters of course. They even laid on a birthday gathering of friends as my friend is housebound. Above and beyond.
