The staff are remarkable people. They are consistently kind, dedicated and caring. They are well-trained and very dependable. All being NHS registered nurses they are knowledgeable and dependable. The team keep me informed daily of my father's condition and their note-taking and daily log posting on the app keeps me up to date on his progress. Nothing is too much for this awesome team and they constantly go the extra mile for my Dad (even visiting him in hospital when l can't make it). Higham Carers are invaluable to me; my father is happy and l am relaxed knowing that each day will be a job well done. Very highly recommended care company!

Found the service excellent for my husband who always looks forward to their visits. I am always kept up to date with my husband's needs both medically and any worries he may have coping with his condition. They are always obliging if I have to alter the nights they come which is not often but I know they will do their best to accommodate me. They appreciate it is not easy for me in the daytime and are always ready to listen and advise me, they look after my husband and make sure I am alright. They have a caring nature which is reassuring to us both and feel we can trust them in every way. They are always on time and make sure all my husband's needs are met before they leave. I can recommend them and know they are a trustworthy and caring company.

We were provided with numerous care services when looking for a care package for my mum. When we interviewed the couple who came to asses Mum’s care needs we soon learned they were experienced medically, knowledgeable in their field, charming in character and caring in nature. We were very impressed, and their service came at a most reasonable price. We entrusted this company with their service and care package and they delivered. During the time they were assigned to us, Mum was happy and so were we. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Higham Carers Ltd, as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed in any way. Simply said, thank you for looking after Mum.
