Having such a wonderful carers in has made an incredibly difficult time a lot easier. I cannot thank the team enough for the care they have provided for my mum during her end of life journey. They have shown compassion, kindness and professionalism. The carers took the time to truly get to know my mum as a person, treating her with dignity and respect, picking up her wonderful sense of humor and managing to bring moments of laughter. Having a consistent team has made a huge difference. I'm very grateful for all the support.

My wife's mobility and memory are not good and she needs help bathing and dressing. Since we have had Rigth at Home carers every day except Sundays life has become much easier. The carers are kind, helpful, very supportive and are gentle and respectful. I am very satisfied and pleased with the help we get.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving care from Right at Home during my wife's absence, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional service. My carer was not only professional but also genuinely compassionate, making a challenging time much easier for me. From the very first day, my carer demonstrated a deep understanding of my needs and preferences. Their attentiveness and dedication were evident in every interaction. They took the time to ensure I was comfortable, engaged, and well-cared for, often going above and beyond what I expected.

Carer is always punctual and listens and completes all tasks in a friendly way. Good communication with staff and client and always flexible to change request of days required.

Two particular members of staff and the rest of the team are all good and helpful. They are always able to answer my questions and deal with my problems regarding Mom's care. They are helpful and answer the calls, they deal with doctors and social services good.

The person concerned as a carer was everything a carer should be and more. When my relative finally met his carer, he was delighted. With my turn, I want the same carer, please. Overall the service received was excellent!

I am really pleased with how well the caregivers are taking care of my mom. She’s much happier now and likes spending time with them. They’re really nice and considerate, and they know what they’re doing. It makes me feel relieved knowing that my mom is in good hands when I can’t be there because of work or other family stuff. Sometimes, they even go above and beyond by doing activities like crosswords with her.

Our family enlisted the services of Right at Home Bexley and Dartford for daily assistance after my mother's hospital stay. Initially planned for a short term, the exceptional care provided led us to extend their services for four years until my parents relocated.
