I recently had the pleasure of receiving care from Right at Home during my wife's absence, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional service. My carer was not only professional but also genuinely compassionate, making a challenging time much easier for me. From the very first day, my carer demonstrated a deep understanding of my needs and preferences. Their attentiveness and dedication were evident in every interaction. They took the time to ensure I was comfortable, engaged, and well-cared for, often going above and beyond what I expected.

Two particular members of staff and the rest of the team are all good and helpful. They are always able to answer my questions and deal with my problems regarding Mom's care. They are helpful and answer the calls, they deal with doctors and social services good.

I am really pleased with how well the caregivers are taking care of my mom. She’s much happier now and likes spending time with them. They’re really nice and considerate, and they know what they’re doing. It makes me feel relieved knowing that my mom is in good hands when I can’t be there because of work or other family stuff. Sometimes, they even go above and beyond by doing activities like crosswords with her.

Our family enlisted the services of Right at Home Bexley and Dartford for daily assistance after my mother's hospital stay. Initially planned for a short term, the exceptional care provided led us to extend their services for four years until my parents relocated. Despite my parents' initial hesitance to accept external help, the caregivers from Right at Home quickly became a cherished part of our household. After my husband experienced a stroke and the set weeks from the NHS carers, we were recommended to Right at Home (Dartford). The caregivers who have been with us every week since the 1st of December have been a ray of sunshine, providing invaluable support to both of us. They have particularly encouraged my husband in speech, walking, exercises and even assisted with some household chores.

I am so happy I found this agency! My father had surgery at the age of 82 and I had to take care of him at my home for two weeks. The manager and two carers were amazing. Nothing too much trouble. They helped me as well as my father. They listened to my worries and concerns so always had a chat to check in on me too. 100% recommend.
