View Full Details of Arise NursingArise nursing staff are outstanding. The care given to my late mother-in-law was exceptional. The girls went up and above. They treated my mother-in-law with respect, dignity, compassion and choices. We are very grateful to the team of girls who showed the utmost professionalism in their roles. Keep up the good work Arise team, you make changes to the quality of life of those they care and support.
Arise Nursing was the most friendly professional and supportive team I could have wished for. My husband needed a lot of care and was bedbound and although I had to be hands-on 24/7 the Arise team did lighten the load for me and were all the most caring and beautiful people who I considered to be friends as well as carers. Thank you all for your continued help and support.
We found the nurses absolutely fantastic during a hard time for us as a family going through dementia and trying to keep my mother-in-law's wishes to stay in her own home. I cannot speak highly enough about the support provided and the care provided. Thank you.
May 2024 my husband and I were introduced to Arise care and from there onwards our lives became a lot easier, the carers became a big part of our family, friendly, respectful, reliable and professional always with a smile. From the management to the carers I can't speak highly enough. Thank you to all of Arise care for your help in making our lives a lot better.
In May my husband had a stroke unfortunately he already had mixed dementia but the stroke escalated the dementia to a whole new level level leaving him immobile and other issues which has resulted in 4 care visits daily. This is our first experience of carers and I was dreading it hearing lots of stories where people were not happy with their carers etc. However, I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the manager and her staff. We have regular carers who arrive promptly every day and respect me my husband and our property. When one of them is off we are always told who will be coming in their place and have a regular report from them every day of what they have done and it is always done with a smile on their faces they always try and accommodate our needs regarding times etc and if I need to arrange a sitter this can be done via text even at short notice always available and supportive. I have no hesitation in recommending this company we even had Christmas presents!
My experience with Arise Nursing carer's is 100% positive. Every carer that cares for my elderly Mum is respectful, polite and conducts themselves in a professional manner. I cared for my mum for several years and I was a bit reluctant to get help but when her needs changed considerably I knew I could no longer manage her on my own. I was a bit apprehensive but once I met the carers and their manager I knew she was in safe hands. If the carers have any concerns regarding my mum they always liaise with either my brother or myself. All carers show compassion towards my Mum and I know they genuinely do care about her. If I ever needed to phone the office, calls are always answered promptly and my queries dealt with. I would highly recommend Arise Nursing.
Having suffered a badly broken ankle at the end of September 2023. I needed help with washing, toileting, dressing, taking meds and general movement around the house. I have had outstanding professional care and support since then both from a qualified nurse and a carer who come twice a day. At all times my care is specifically tailored to my individual needs. Support was given to help increase my independence and self-reliance When needed, help was given to ensure I took appropriate medication and I was also given anti-coagulant meds by the nurse. I was consistently encouraged to move carefully and more confidently, allowing my ankle to heal more quickly–both carer and nurse took account of the physiotherapists’ advice and helped implement their plans for my recovery. It was clear that there was a very good understanding of my pain threshold. Conversation was not restricted to my fracture or care but involved everyday discussions which helped my morale considerably.
