My sister has recently had a stroke and has lost the use of her left side. She is having carers three times daily and the organisation of this by CareGems was exemplary. The staff of CareGems are very professional, but at the same time adopt a friendly rapport with my sister. This has been an important aspect of her care, as she has been very frustrated with how the illness has affected her. They arrive as scheduled and carry out their duties efficiently, but also treat my sister with the dignity she deserves. I would definitely recommend CareGems for anyone needing care.
