We wish that we had found this care company 6 months ago, after having a bad experience with another care company and a care home, they have restored our faith. The carers my mother-in-law has are worth their weight in gold. The management and team are always on hand to help. Great service.

Having never needed such care I wasn't sure what to expect at home, my carer and relief carers have been everything I could have hoped for. They have done everything I needed with respect, kindness, and good humour. I am feeling so much better now and a lot more confident that I will get back to my original health. I am an NHS nurse and wanted to state here that the care my mother received from her lovely full time carer, and the team, was exemplary. I was around most of the time and I was so impressed with the kind professionalism and thoughtful arrangements and feedback to us via the app care plan. Our carer was a warm, funny and approchable woman and Mum was very happy in her, and the teams, care. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

I was apprehensive about getting home help but the people at Alina have been so kind and reassuring. The help they give me means I can live independently happier and healthier. I'm very grateful for the support.

I was nervous about accepting help but the carers from Alina have made me realise that asking for help is not a failure. My mornings have gone from a struggle to a positive experience which sets me up for the rest of the day.
