My father has dementia and our goal and his is that he remains in the family home. There is no denying that this involves challenges and you need the right support network in place. We have tried a number of care providers and approaches and I am 100% certain that Comfort at Home are a key component to making sure he can stay at home. They help us beyond the basic care (medicines, meals etc) but also with mental boredom and companionship fish and chips on the seafront, visiting his childhood home, pub lunches). They are amazing. We have used multiple care companies but never found anyone who truly 'cared'. Since they have taken over his care his mind has been more active and he is happier and there us a marked improvement in his health and mental well being. More attention to personal hygiene, meals. Finally, they help me cope- a good example yesterday Dad was not well and we called them and they swooped in and took over and made the situation less stressful. True Angels.

Comfort at Home Care has been looking after my wife who has dementia and Parkinson's and myself on rest. Since they started my wife has changed a lot for the better. She now smiles which she has not done for a long time before they started with us.

My husband is always happy to see them. The carers interaction with him, talking or engaging him in conversation is really good. He is always sad to see them leave.

We have recently started using Comfort At Home Care Ltd to help with the care of my 97 year old mother in law. My wife and I have been finding things are getting harder the older we all get. Following a very thorough fact find, care has been provided on a regular schedule together with some ad hoc hours. This had enabled my wife and I to spend some time together safe in the knowledge that my mother-in-law is being looked after by friendly, professional and caring people. Having experienced other companies in this sector, Comfort At Home Care Ltd have proved to be superior in all respects, I would highly recommend their services

Comfort at home supply a professional but friendly service. It is invariable on time (at a time we requested). Personal care is provided (showers, hair wash, help with dressing) daily and twice a day if wife is on holiday. This keeps me in my own home and enables the maximum degree of independence possible in my situation. The staff have become like friends to me.

We have had the pleasure of having Comfort at Home Care as our care provider since February 2024 and I cannot recommend them enough. Not only do they not provide personal care for my partner with kindness, dignity and respect, they care about his mental welfare. We have the same carers and always know who and when they will be there, which wasn't the case with our previous care provider, which allows us to build a comforting and trusting relationship with them. They also care about my welfare and provide respite care and help with domestic chores and always do their best to ensure that I am able to make the most of my valuable respite time. In short, they are everything you want, and should expect, from a home care provider.

I work in health & social care myself and am very aware of different agencies around that provide care to service users. I was so happy with the service provided. From the first consultation, the manager was so professional and kind. Timekeeping was excellent and so was the quality of care. I will be using Comfort at home a lot more in the future for my mum. Thank you for all of your amazing work.

Comfort at Home Care worked with me to put a package in place that is bespoke for my daughter. By meeting with me and my daughter and using a thorough process to get all of the information required we have made sure that my daughter's care needs are now being met.
