The team have been looking after my Mum now for 4 months and have done a superb job. Mum has become more settled and relaxed in her own home and they have helped her retain her independence and dignity. All of the team members show care and respect for Mum and have become her friend. It has allowed me to return to my daily routine without worrying about Mum's care.

This team of care providers demonstrates exceptional professionalism in every aspect. My partner greatly values the companionship of the ladies who take her to various groups and manage her home. She is consistently treated with the highest respect and dignity. As a family, we have developed a strong and positive working relationship with the entire team. They are always willing to go the extra mile.

The team have been helping my partner through her journey with dementia as it has developed during the past couple of years. Starting with visits for companionship when I needed to work away and evolving into daily visits taking her out on ‘adventures’ often involving walking, shopping and cafe visit all in one trip. As her needs have progressed the team have ramped up the care at short notice. Thanks to the visits, she has maintained quality of life and dignity - and of course it has helped me immensely. Can’t thank them enough.

I would just like to say Visiting Angels cares for my bed-bound mum; they go above and beyond to make her life worthwhile. They care for all her needs. Her carers are amazing. I would just like to thank the girls, I know my mum has quite a few carers but these three are amazing in what they do. Thank you Visiting Angels for looking after my mum I really appreciate all you do for us.

For the past year or so I have had a morning visit to assist me with preparing for the day ahead. The carer will help me wash or shower and prepare my breakfast as I like it. Also, they will do any jobs around the house, prepare my meals and help me choose what to wear, depending on the weather. I would not be able to do these things without help and I am thankful there is someone who is willing to help me. Nothing seems too much trouble for them and I have found that to have a cheery greeting and a friendly face each day is a great comfort. I feel as if I have made some new friends who will have a good chat and keep me up to date with what is happening far and wide and with their own family news.
