Alcedo have been a great support to our family over the past 21 months. We have built a wonderful relationship with them and we truly appreciate they do. The staff are kind, reliable, and clearly love their job. They make a genuine effort to keep my child engaged and it is clear how much he loves their company - he always gets excited when they arrive at our house. The office staff are approachable, attentive and always willing to listen. We are grateful to have Alcedo Care as part of our journey. The whole team is an incredible support to our family.
