View Full Details of Honeybee Care at Home LtdI would highly recommend Honeybee Care at Home. Compassionate, caring, understanding, and flexible to my father's needs and changing demands. The manager and the team are highly organised and responsive. Thank you so much!
The Honeybee team are currently caring for our mum who is living with the late stage Alzheimer's at home with her husband. They keep us informed of any concerns and regular updates giving us reassurance while we're not there. They're all friendly and bubbly and have made such a difference to their lives. We cannot recommend highly enough!
My husband and I were very grateful to all the carers working for Honeybee care at home. Every one of them was always cheerful, offering to do anything which could help us. They were always very careful to make sure that my husband never lost his dignity. They felt more like friends helping out instead of people being paid to help us. I would recommend them any time and thank them for all the care we received.
The team at Honeybee Care at home have always been there for us when we needed them, particularly to provide me with a much-needed break from caring responsibilities. They are responsive and proactive in a crisis and always kept me informed whenever there were any issues. Care staff are friendly and willing to help with the little touches around the house which was always greatly appreciated! The team stepped in at a time when other care providers never even returned my calls for assistance and for this, we are eternally grateful. Well done Honeybee Care at home!
The care my mother received was wonderfull, nothing was too much trouble. The carer would come even at short notice, and help with personal care and food prep. She was very friendly and kind, my mother thought of her as a friend, not a carer.
This is a wonderful professional and empathic service delivered with warmth and care suited to our needs. My husband's needs were often complex and they all adapted to the days he was in pain and also to the days he wanted to chat and laugh. Nothing was too much trouble and they created a protective and comforting bubble for us when we needed it most. Care with a smile and genuine thoughtfulness for the individual at all times. Thank you
My overall impression is that all the staff and owners are very kind and caring. They were very accommodating when we had to move visit times. My dad was reluctant at first but was happy to accept the care very quickly.
All at Honeybee are wonderful, they care for my Grandad beautifully and go above and beyond, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Grandad is very happy with the service he gets, it feels like a little satellite family.
Honeybee carers have been my lifeline over the last year following my return home from hospital after having had a very serious car accident which left me barely able to care for myself. The carers have always been kind, thoughtful, cheerful, and caring and nothing is too much bother for them. They have enabled me to make great progress and I am now becoming more independent thanks largely to their care. They have also helped my sister who also lived with me for a while. I would not hesitate to recommend Honeybee to others who need care.
I couldn't fault the manager and her team for the total professionalism that they showed my stepdad, in the final months of his life. Nothing was too much trouble for them even completing light domestic duties, my stepdad, before he died always said how lovely the carers were as he didn't think he would ever need a care company, but was so pleased it was them. I personally would like to say thank you to Honeybee Care at Home Ltd treated him even on the morning that he passed away.
My dad used Honeybee Care for just over a year. Starting our dad was quite dependent and using oxygen needing a lot of assistance with washing and dressing. He got less dependent as the year went on and the staff adjusted how long they stayed with him to match his needs. My dad very much enjoyed the consistency of having regular staff and keeping to a time that was suitable for dad. The staff were so kind, caring and professional. They were always so happy and pleasant to Dad and my mum (who didn't need care). My dad has now passed away sadly but the support after this awful time and the kindness of the staff of Honeybee won't be forgotten. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and if indeed my mum ever needs care they would be the first people I would contact.
I have recently signed up with Honeybee Care for home help for four evenings a week. The ladies who come to my home arrive on time and help with preparing and cooking my evening meal as well as carrying out any other duties that I ask them to do. They are all kind, considerate and cheerful and I would recommend them to anyone requiring help and care in their home and it is definitely good value for money.
Can't recommend the manager and her team enough, never let us down and kept to timing. Nothing was ever too much trouble. My husband was treated with the utmost respect and all the carers made a genuine bond with him.
I used Honeybee Care for just over a year. They cared for my Mum while she was able to live at home. Over the year, the amount of care Mum needed increased but the team were always willing and able to help. They were able to visit at times that suited Mum and were good at keeping in touch with me if there were any problems or worries. There were four 'regulars' who looked after Mum, and she was happy and liked them all. Mum has now moved into a care home, and some of the Honeybee carers are still asking how she is and if she is happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Honeybee, they looked after Mum well.
I know when they're coming on my morning call at my lunchtime call and they help me with things I can't do around my house due to my stroke. Things like I can't even make a sandwich myself and I couldn't even put my washing on the line let alone hoover things like this. I appreciate them doing it for me and then take me to some of my appointments that I need as well.
