Latest Reviews for Home Instead (Ilkeston and Hucknall)

Having companionship from Home Instead carers, has transformed my
sister's life -the effect has been like turning the clock back to
happier days; thank you all- I cannot praise you enough. Throughout
the process, staff have been helpful, efficient, professional, friendly,
sensitive to the client's needs and most importantly treated my relative
with respect and compassion. Home Instead are skilled in assessing the
client's needs and matching them with suitable carers. They keep
everyone well informed. They have enabled my sister-in-law to stay
happily in her own home despite suffering a stroke and to regain
independence and joy.

I have found the Manager to be efficient in her communication, flexible
in making arrangements and thorough in setting up the care plan. It is
helpful that members of the care team are introduced gradually and by
another member of the team. The carers are always prompt and their daily
report covers what they have done during their visit. This is reassuring
to the family when my aunt has dementia and can't recall details. I feel
they have been understand and supportive of family
