I cannot praise ThereToCare enough staff genuinely care about the well-being of clients going above and beyond to ensure every individual receives the highest level of support always treating clients with kindness patience and respect They are professional warm compassionate take the time to build relationships ensuring that every person feels valued and cared for.Whether providing essential daily assistance or simply offering a friendly chat, the team approaches their work with a truly inspiring dedication.What truly sets them apart are the random acts of kindness they show daily small gestures that make such a big difference.Whether it's bringing a client's favourite treat, taking extra time to listen or going the extra mile to brighten someone's day, these thoughtful touches show just how much they care They provide exceptional care for their clients, but they also offer invaluable support to family members.Knowing a loved one is in safe and caring hands brings peace of mind.

Theretocare have been providing care to my Mum for just over 3 months. Prior to starting the manager came to meet us both and find out all about Mum. They come 5 evenings a week for an hour, ensuring she is safe and offering support. During the snow in January staff even offered to walk down the country lane to get to her, they have also supported with medication and getting adaptations to the property. They are professional and respond quickly every time I contact them.

My mum has been cared for by Theretocare Ltd for a couple of months now and I am extremely happy with the care she receives every week. The staff are very friendly and my mum now looks forward to them coming each week. They are always prompt and will call ahead if running late. The communication between the manager and myself is excellent and is always available to speak to if I have any questions or concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anybody. 10/10

This is the care company you can trust to care for your loved one, or for yourself. All the staff are well-trained and efficient, but also very kind and reassuring, and treat their client and the client's family as friends. I count myself and my partner, who is the person requiring the care, as very fortunate to be on their books. They are to be highly recommended.

The service I've received is kind and thorough. It is reliable. The staff arrive at your house on time and are friendly. I always see a member of staff that I have seen before, never a stranger, if there is a new member of staff they are introduced to me at a previous visit with another member of staff before they visit me on their own.

My experience with the agency began in June 2024 and is ongoing. I am completely satisfied with the care I am receiving and would be happy to recommend the agency. The carers are kind, efficient, understanding, flexible and friendly. Any potential health problems are reported to management and closely monitored. I am kept informed of any changes and 'hiccups' e.g. traffic holdups causing carers to be delayed!

We are very fortunate to have Theretocare for my elderly mother who has progressive dementia. What we wanted: - kind and empathetic care from carers who really do care and who build a personal relationship: - professionalism; - dependability; - easy communication; and - straightforward management, is the DNA of TheretoCare. When the manager founded Theretocare we were happy to jump on board immediately believing she would recruit great carers and create a great care provider. We have not been disappointed. My daughter has been visiting her grandmother this weekend - she has messaged us how natural and at ease my mother is with her carer this evening and the warmth between them. As a family we can relax. Having Theretocare in place for my Mum means the world to us.

Thank you so much to the highly professional and very well-trained staff at Theretocare Ltd for the consistently excellent standard of care they provided for my mum. In assisting me as her full-time carer, all the staff were unfailingly pleasant, reliable, competent and assured in providing dignified personal care for Mum in her own home and for this, I will always be grateful.

A very good service and most helpful, I need to make sure there are enough tasks to fill my 1-hour slot, they are very flexible in their approach to my care. I am a very independent individual who finds it hard to ask for help.

The best home care company by far. All the carers are very friendly, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so nice, I treat them as family. The company is extremely well organised and very efficient. Any problems (of which there are few) are dealt with immediately. A superb, bespoke company.
