I am very happy with both my husband's carer, who is a total joy, and the Manager of the Wakefield branch who has been excellent from first contact, ongoing, to the receiving and payment of the invoice. Very reasonable charge for the standard of care and continuing input into social visits. I am very relieved I found Care Gems on Bark and my mind has been put at rest that he is well looked after domestically and socially on his trips out. Thank you both.

We finally made the decision to have paid care in our home for a few hours a week. We know we will need to increase this as we go on because of my condition. So we were fortunate to find a group that care about the individual's needs. In a couple of weeks leading to the first actual visit, there were two meetings with the manager to flesh out the details. These were very useful. Then a meeting to meet the carer. This is care with an emphasis on caring. I felt my needs were understood and respected. Had the first visit today and couldn't be happier.
