The care staff has covered the task as asked of them. All the carers have overlooked some of the tasks i.e. tissues left in pockets in the washing machine. Overflow kettle tray. Just for carers to remember clothes which are going in washing machine must be checked and also kettles must monitor for overflow so these mistakes don't happen again. Otherwise good job by all the staff.

Thank you and your team so much for all the hard work, assistance, care, and kindness that you have all shown to Mum. We can never show enough of our appreciation to you all. If we are ever in need again you will always be our first port of call. I will keep your details safely on my phone if you are ok with that. If you ever need a reference, feedback, or a testimony to support you and your service we are more than happy to help. The team stood in for our usual carer who was on leave. At this time, unfortunately, Mum took a turn for the worse, and within minutes of this happening they were on the phone to us. (We do not live locally). Emergency services arrived quickly and Mum was assessed and an additional care package was put in place with Doctors visiting, tests undertaken, and the jet team involved. Without these amazing carers, Mum would have suffered distress. Can't thank them enough.

Extremely accommodating, caring and kind. From the first call I had with her, the care manager made me feel comfortable and safe and offered me so much relief during a difficult time, which she continues to do daily. I have experienced many care agencies, and by far Rosemil is my favourite as the carers genuinely care and I really really appreciate that deeply.

I was referred to Rosemil Care initially for temporary services, but after 3 days, I decided to continue long-term. The carers are attentive and compassionate. They treat me with respect and dignity, and I feel safe and cared for. They are very efficient in meeting all of my needs and also remembering specific details of home tasks. The manager goes above and beyond, incredibly invested in making sure clients receive the highest quality of care. Her ability to match clients and carers is amazing. She checks in regularly, accommodating, always addressing any needs, or concerns promptly. I appreciate the personalised care plan tailored to my specific requirements. As a young person, the flexibility Rosemil provides makes me feel at ease when accessing my community. She has such a genuine investment in making sure the care given is of the highest standard. Overall, my experience with Rosemil Care has been outstanding, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of home care.

Thank you for your personal services provided. Carers are matched to me, they are very nice caring and listen to me and my needs. Always willing to support where they can. I 100% recommend. Continuous support from both sides management and carers. Supported me with emergency care support at the last minute.
