It came to a point where my friend needed help at home to live a comfortable life in his own home. He's 86 and getting to the point where help was needed so we engaged 'Right At Home' to start slowly a couple of days a week but now he's completely happy with the service and has visits twice a day every day for the foreseeable future. The carers are very knowledgeable and kind and have suggestions that we hadn't thought of. His main carer has been so helpful. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Once again exceptional service from Right at Home Harrogate. Nothing was too much trouble the team organised days out according to my wishes and made sure I can enjoy them. I can't thank them enough, well managed, professional, caring and treated me with dignity. I can't recommend them enough. I am looking forward to them supporting me on my next booking.

I've had the pleasure of being a client of Right at Home Harrogate. They are incredibly professional and attentive to detail. Reached out to them when I needed it the most and not sure what to look for. Nothing too much trouble, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. It's rare to find such dedicated and customer focused service. I feel reassured knowing that they are visiting me. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable home care provider.

I have reached out to Right at Home Harrogate after a friend of mine recommended them when I was looking for some help for my husband. I was feeling overwhelmed with the amount of things I needed to do for him, that I felt I couldn't cope. This was taking away the quality of time I used to have with him. From the first interaction, the manager was very helpful, offering me a lot of vital information and made me feel reassured that they know what they are doing. The team is so helpful, treating me and my husband with dignity. All the ladies are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble to them. If you are looking for help at home, I definitely recommend this company. Thank you for all the support, for me and my husband.

It's such a concern looking for an in-home care company for an elderly parent, especially for the first time and in an extremely short notice circumstance. I was recommended Right at Home by a friend and have to say it's been the best recommendation I could have hoped for The Harrogate franchise is run by a wonderful manager who is amazing. She listened to everything that Mum needed and all conversations with her made her feel listened to and also respected, which is so important. We only gave the manager six days' notice to help provide care for Mum at home after a situation changed. It honestly felt like an impossible task but incredibly not only did the manager make the time to meet, assess, and get to know Mum a few days later, but she had the care schedule all planned out and set to go exactly when was The Harrogate Right at Home team has so much experience (one was a nurse for many decades) and are so caring and genuine that I can highly recommend them! Thank you so much to the manages!

Right at Home Harrogate have supported both my mum and dad. The care they have given has been fantastic. The staff are highly knowledgeable, professional and incredibly caring. They take time to get to know their clients and offer amazing support and invaluable advice. The care they are giving is allowing my dad who has dementia to remain at home, whilst ensuring my mum can manage. I highly recommend their services.

Very efficient, polite and friendly. Professional at all times particularly in difficult situations. Experienced in caring for others. Interested in improvised knowledge. Resourceful which benefits and improves clients' mental ability and dignity. Treated with dignity at all times. Well organised and resourceful. A pleasure to have visiting our home. Good value for money and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

We are new clients, needing care for my Mother after a lengthy hospital stay and for my Father who has moderate/severe mixed dementia & Alzheimer's. We cannot put into words how positive an experience it has been and how helpful and supportive Right At Home has been. It has made a huge difference in my parent's life and is enabling them to stay in their own home. Care packages are well thought through, varied, and stimulating on both a physical and mental level and nothing is too much trouble.
