Trying to find companionship/support that I 100% trusted for my sibling who had been in severe mental health crisis was something I wasn't sure I would find. I am very protective! We first approached Caremark when my sibling was in paranoid psychosis - The manager reassured me with his lifetime of experience in mental health care and the questions he asked. When he came for the initial visit he was not phased at all by the strange behaviours being displayed. However, this visit was quickly followed by it becoming obvious that hospitalisation was essential - so we didn't actually use Caremark until my sibling came home from hospital (on medication and a lot less erratic.) We wanted someone to be with my sibling 3 days a week so that I could get on with my work without worrying if they were eating properly, had gone for a walk, were stimulated. The key support worker they found, was a perfect match and the comfort of knowing my sibling had company whilst I worked was priceless.

Happy with the service. The care assistants are always professional and willing to go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone else who would like care for themselves or a relative now or in the near future.

We recently had a fantastic experience with Caremark Greenwich and I can't recommend their services enough. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated professionalism, compassion and a genuine commitment to providing excellent care. The carer assigned to us was not only highly skilled, but also warm and empathetic to my granddads health conditions.

Great service, great team. Nothing is too much for the team. Everything from the top down is professional, the managing director keeps in contact with me and updates me with all the necessary information and puts my mind at ease. Highly recommended.

Caremark was recommended to me by a friend who uses their services for a family member and I started using them to support my dad. Choosing Caremark for our grandmother was the best decision we've made. The team are full of compassion and hold themselves professional and personable, who provided our grandmother with amazing personal care and genuinely care for her well being. The personal care plan has allowed our grandmother to feel a great deal of independence, whilst the team are on hand to provide support where needed. Our family are grateful and have had a refreshing experience using Caremark. We can't thank you enough.

Professional services throughout. Provided a loved one with companionship and cleaning services around the home. They went above and beyond. I have now extended their services for respite too. I highly recommended this organisation.

The care manager's home visit was thorough, and they created a personalized care plan on both my parents needs. They carefully matched us with a compassionate care assistant, who was introduced to us before care started, ensuring a smooth transition. The assistant provided exceptional care, and the ongoing support from the team has been reliable and attentive. I highly recommend Care home Greenwich home care for their dedicated and high-quality care services.
