When we started this journey of dementia with my dad we had no idea of how complex and hard this would become and how it impacted our lives. Not knowing where to turn of how to get help the manager and ExperCare care came to us and changed our lives. Everything has been provided for dad with a superb live in carer that totally takes care of everything and dad is like a different person. ExperCare has turned our lives around from a very stressful troubling time to being able to become a family again, they are very much more than a care agency I can talk to them at anytime and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to you and the team for giving me back my family.

Excellent service from the start of my dad needing carers they are very helpful and give me advice when needed and communicate very well ensuring I am kept in the loop at all times. They are very prompt on times allocated to care for my dad.

A truly remarkable team of people. In my opinion, the care being provided is second to none. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for them. They are also very accommodating to the individual needs of their clients.

I recently returned to having full-time carers coming to my house to look after me during a very difficult, turbulent time in my life. From the moment Expercare walked through my door I knew I was in safe, friendly hands and that they would support me in being able to remain in my home with my pet. The whole team are so very professional but friendly at the same time. My carers and the owner of the company have gone over and above to help me cope with the transition. They are responsive and reactive to any last-minute changes and I honestly cannot praise them high enough. Their standard of care and support is exemplary, they listen and make sure that your needs are met and that you feel safe. Thank you very much for looking after me (and the cat!)
