The manager and the team at Profound Care were absolutely amazing, kind, supportive and highly professional. They showed great flexibility and understanding as we struggled to navigate the needs of my late father, available at short notice if a need arose. One of the team was at my parent's house the night my father died. She was incredibly supportive and kind, she knew what to do and so importantly she knew what to say at a time when we were so distressed. My mum is very grateful for this member of staff, the manager and the whole team. We genuinely recommend Profound Care to families in this situation. Thank you.

Great experience and very professional. Was looked after and IV treatment was carefully explained at every step. It's a great service to have home visits and Would definitely recommend, very friendly and good value for money.

Mum is very happy with the care she is receiving. She feels that the carers listen to her. She has been assigned designated carers for weekdays and for weekends, so she has been able to get to know them and they in turn have got to know her needs, likes and dislikes. They communicate with the family on any concerns and advise on how they and the family can work together to address them. As well as being punctual, they are friendly and cheerful and easy to get on with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for at-home care for themselves or a loved one.
