What can I say? Community Quality Care Services have been outstanding since I switched my grandma's care package over to them. They go above and beyond for my grandma. We have the same carers that are fantastic with us. Very caring, supportive, respectful, punctual and helpful at all times willing to go above and beyond with their duties/responsibilities. Even when I speak to the management team, they are always available, supportive, attentive and keen to help with request resulting in me knowing my grandma is in good hands taken care of by a professional company all round. Thank you both our carers and the management team. Surpassed my expectations after having bad experience using my last care agency and loosing faith. Keep up the good work.
