The carers are always cheerful, polite and willing to carry out whatever tasks are requested. They engage with my wife and encourage her as well as assisting her mobility when required to do so. They suggest ways of doing things which we have not thought of. My wife has been in hospital since the end of January to the present but I have been happy to continue their presence as they give great support to me by doing the day to day jobs around the house. This allows me to to go shopping, visit my wife in hospital and frees me from those tasks which would prove tiring and inconvenient under the present circumstances.

The care provided although only for a short time was exceptional. From the first meeting to providing end-of-life care they went above andbeyond. We had no worries about them being in the house and my mother-in-law felt safe and happy that the carer was warm friendly and fun. They supported us as a family at the end and we really appreciated it.
