The carers have all been very polite and respectful and a pleasure to be invite into our home. They are mostly on time and give a good service and willing to help in any way way that they can. The staff in the office always answer the phone and help as much as they can.

I had carers coming to help me care for my husband in the last couple of months of his life. I always felt comfortable having them in my home. They were friendly, compassionate, efficient and vigilant in their care. I am grateful for the care they provided. They genuinely cared which meant a lot.

All carers are good at what they do, some are better than others. Some, usually the female carers, go the extra mile. They not only take great care of my personal needs and hygiene but also ensure my kitchen is neat and clean and tidy after they've finished. They do my washing and tumble drying and
fold my clothes, and ensure clean clothes are always available. They also check the fridge regularly to ensure nothing is bad
I am afraid that the male carers do not do much more than the basics, hygiene and food,, and leave. I've found food left out on the counter when it should be in the fridge, washing might be done, but no drying, or the tumble dryer has been used without cleaning out filters and water from previous use. I've asked for this to be done as it is a fire risk to re-start without the safety rules being used
Overall though, the care I receive on. a daily basis is good, and often excellent.

Supplied care very quickly for 4 visits a day for the client's return home from hospital. The carers kept excellent time and were very kind, supportive, cheerful and friendly. Communication with the office staff was very efficient.

I am usually asked what I need. Care is taken to see that I do not consume any food or drink which has been kept beyond the latest date for safe use. The carer will usually check if I have taken or I'm ready to take my prescribed medication, also if I am wearing my emergency alarm. The carer changes
items of clothing when necessary and informs me when I need to add anything to the shopping list in the way of food and drink. Before leaving the carer reports all is done and asks if any further service is required and will promptly do anything I might mention. I have not mentioned everything the carers do but they quickly do different things at different times of the day.

It has been a source of concern & frustration for our family. While I appreciate the friendly demeanour of the staff, the overall level of care has not met our expectations. One of the most pressing issues has been the lack of attention to basic hygiene. Despite our repeated requests, my father is not
consistently encouraged to take showers, which is essential for his well-being. The timing of the caregivers' visits has been problematic. On several occasions, they have arrived late, often just before lunchtime, which disrupts my father's routine and leaves him without proper morning care. It's concerning that these visits, are instead rushed & inadequate. A significant issue is the lack of attention to his clothing. Multiple times for staff to ensure he is wearing clean clothes, yet this has not been consistently addressed. While I want to acknowledge the friendly nature of the staff, which is certainly a positive aspect, it is not enough to compensate for the shortcomings in care.

Mom was unsure at first because she didn't think and couldn't accept that she needed help.
I live a long way from her and feel helpless. I am so thankful and happy with Agincare, who has been excellent and professional. Mom loves her carers and tells me they are so kind and helpful, describes them
as excellent. Of course, she has her favourites but praises them all.
So, thank you to all the staff and carers for doing a fantastic job. I honestly don't know what we would do without you.

We have had daily care for my wife since July 2021. In sometimes difficult times, Agincare has always attended. They are responsive to special needs. We have good relationships with the carers and value particularly the care provided by our regular carer.

I have been with Agincare for a few years now as a service user. I am a disabled parent, and I struggle with the inability of Agincare to change my times during the school holidays, especially summer as it is 6 weeks. I have to either have the 7 am slot of term time or go without morning care. This
makes an already tiring and difficult month and a half increase in difficulty and I need increased care from my young carer children if I do not have my partner staying with us. The inflexible nature of the care hours available is an issue for a family with children, as a whole. I obviously do not expect them to change the diary daily for us, however, when asking for a longer-term change of hours, such as earlier on a Sunday, we were left with cancelling Sunday care altogether as the only option. This is difficult as last-minute laundry and school preparation for the week happen on a Sunday, and I am without my care and support. I would like it to be more flexible for moving hours.

Poor medication administration.
Poor following instructions on their care plan.
Poor communication with clients' family.
Days when my dad doesn't get any food prepared for the whole day.

After a very serious back operation, the support from the two ladies was wonderful. I needed help with showering and dressing each day.

Overall my wife has been well cared for and has good relationships with her regular carers. However, we have experienced some issues with management and timings of carers calling which has caused some anxiety. Hopefully, this will resolve itself.
