Without all the office staff and carers at Westminster we wouldn't have be able to keep my mum at home. If we have any concerns we know that we only have to ring the office and it will be sorted. Having got to know all the carers now they all have got into a routine and they will contact us if they
feel mum is unwell or that she needs something which is a great comfort. Thank you all and we definitely could not do without you all.

Very professional helpful and friendly and do everything they can to source services and places their clients can access. Our carer is excellent, going above and beyond to make sure our son is safe and really benefits from all activities. They have a lovely relationship.

I have been more than happy with the management team and care staff that have been dealing with my friend the online system for reports is great we can keep up to date with each visit and love that we can leave messages for the team such a great system thank you for all that you do. Just wished you
covered St Osyth in case she ends up moving in with us soon I wouldn't want to use anyone else

I am getting fed up with carers turning up late, sometimes over 2 hours late to the time being given on my rota and not being told. I’m getting fed up with getting different carers each day. Sending carers after I have cancelled.

The majority of carers are excellent, however, a couple could do with training in one-to-one personal skills.
Carers being delayed due to incidents with previous clients is understandable, carers being scheduled to attend outside of agreed timings is not.

Westminster is brilliant and very good connection with me because I am deaf, they contact me by email or text messages! I am happy with the office staff! The carers for my aunt, also deaf are brilliant, helpful, respectful, warm and friendly and many more! Communication was important for my aunt's carers!
If I contact the office by email or text for enquiries or issues, they respond in good time!
Overall fantastic services!

Westminster have been looking after my mum for evening visits and extra care for several years. I have always found them helpful, flexible and responsive. If I have had any issues or requests the staff at the end of the phone have always been responsive and very helpful too. Mum has one particular carer
for 4/5 visits a week and she is especially caring and supportive with Mum having built up a great rapport with her.
Overall I can’t fault Westminster, thank you. More recently my mum has been in hospital and we have had issues with her discharge - her carer has been amazing in following up, chasing and organising to mention doing this after hours and in her own time to support getting my mum back home! Thank you so much.

Westminster Homecare Clacton has been a lifesaver for my mum, myself her son. Who is mum's soul career the dedication and caring attitude of every one of the careers has been fantastic. All of the carers that I have met that have been in to help my dad have been so generous with their time and the efforts they go to keep my dad functioning in his home. Alongside the team in the office, who are always a friendly and supportive voice at the end of the phone, the service provided by Westminster

We weren't happy with previous care agency and was recommended Alliance Care. Best move we could have done. The company is excellent, all so caring and stay there. The full time which makes a huge difference and my nan's general well being has improved massively. The house is always kept clean and tidy,
she is given a choice of what she would like for breakfast lunch and tea, nothing is too much, carers are amazing. Would highly recommend especially coming from a different care provider. I can see a huge change in my nan for the better.

I wrote a review a little while ago but it has got worse. For 2 days I had no carers at all and nearly every day I get a no-show or late or early call. They stopped the cleaning they used to do without telling me and when I complain to the office, everyone I speak to says they are sorry and will sort
it out but it stays the same.
