Dear Kristy Y, we are sorry to hear your concerns and take all feedback seriously. However, we firmly refute the claim that our carers are paid minimum wage and lack experience. They receive well above the National Minimum Wage and undergo comprehensive training to ensure high-quality care. We also refute the claim regarding impossible travel schedules or lack of travel compensation-our carers have manageable workloads and receive appropriate allowances. Kare Plus Redbridge has provided person-centred care in the community for over 12 years, committed to client well-being. While the start of care can come with adjustments, our trained team works diligently to provide safe, compassionate support.
