The Care Bureau Ltd - Northampton Domiciliary

The company has not responded or followed complaints procedure. It has failed to respond with my compliant against two members of their staff. Things got so bad I had to ban this company and its staff from our home. The CQC who have not taken on board my complaint. The local authority closed my complaint
without even investigating. Their own documentation insists social services have a lead roll with any complaints by passing the CQC to handed my complaint to the "do as they please" local authority. I would like a response to my complaint. If they wish to find their company highlighted in the National Newspapers or in court they should continue to ignore me. I will not be silenced. I will not go away. Serious issues with safeguarding exist. My wife, our home and welfare was put at risk. I need a response to my complaint.

Reply from LB, Regional Manager at The Care Bureau Ltd - Northampton Domiciliary

Dear Mr N We provided care to your wife for a little over five weeks following a transfer from another care provider. We understand that you were initially unhappy at not being consulted on the decision to transfer. Like any good care provider, we are grateful to receive feedback and despite our efforts to engage with you, we are sorry that we could not find a way to deliver care to your wife that also worked for you. Your complaints were considered by our Registered Manager, by me and by our CEO. We strongly believe in the right of care recipients and their loved ones to raise concerns with both CQC and local authorities. We are grateful to you for acknowledging that neither CQC nor the local authority found an issue with the care we delivered to your wife or how we managed the interaction with you. We hope that you have been able to work with the local authority to find a care provider who better suits your and most importantly your wife's needs. Yours sincerely LB, Regional Manager.

I have been with your company for a while now. My care has been very good but there have been a couple of complaints. The care I receive is very good, I have lovely carers and they do well and do excellent work.
