Thank you for your comments. I am pleased you find the carers kind. Unfortunately, if sickness prevents us from sending a regular carer we have to send another to ensure care needs are met. The carers have full access to each personal care plan so you should not need instruct them and I am sorry you have had to do this. Regarding charging, we only charge the local authority what we deliver in-line with our policies and procedures. We are sorry that at times you feel 'insufficient attention is given to administering meals' but understand that meals are sometimes left to defrost in the fridge, to ensure they are ready for preparation at meal times and that this can sometimes appear as though they are just being left in the fridge on a regular basis.
