It's understandable that difficulties in communication, due to language barriers, could have been frustrating. Despite this, it's clear that the care provided and the cleanliness of your home were satisfactory, which are important aspects of such a service. If you plan on using Lotus Care again, you might consider discussing the language aspect with the service provider beforehand to ensure smoother communication.
