Very pleased with our new carers, our son can find meeting new people difficult, however they were smiley, happy and patient with him, taking their time to understand him and encouraging him to talk and join in.

A & T Caring Services have been looking after Mum for several weeks now.
I have nothing but praise for them, the manager and all the team are professional caring, friendly and great with communication.
I would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them for Mum.
She is very happy with
them.

The carers were always reliable, trustworthy friendly and considerate with my mum. They were always personable with her and got to know her very well which grew into a very good relationship between them. I would recommend A & T's services for any care and support required, your staff are a credit to
themselves.

My father was really well looked after by the carers from A and T Caring Services.
Always interacted with Dad and nothing was a problem.
The carers always made sure Dad had everything he needed before they left.
On one occasion, Dad needed the commode and the carer was not due for 2 to 3 hours one
Sunday morning I contacted one of the carers to see if could pop back to assist and was so helpful and both Dad and I were so very grateful.

The staff are always happy and cheerful. Very helpful and do all that is requested. We have a laugh with staff on a daily basis. Very happy with the service they give.

The staff visiting my Mum three times daily were always very positive and treated my Mum with great care. They laughed at the same jokes she told them on each visit even though they had heard them many times before. They knew what she liked doing and asked her about her favourite football team. I would
recommend A & T's services for their care and support.

Very caring staff - one outstanding member of staff was very professional and well above the others in knowing what to do.
I was not happy with the driver who sometimes drove the staff, who pushed himself into my house (without a mask), wanting to use my toilet.
He attempted to do it a second time
when I wouldn't let him in my house. This was very upsetting.
Otherwise, the care staff were good.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, it's nice to know that you found our carers caring and one of them outstanding. You will be glad to know that we spoke to our driver about using the clients' toilets and the importance of wearing a mask in clients' houses and ever since then we have never had a complaint from anyone else.

The pleasant and friendly staff are always very kind, considerate and patient, happy to chat to me and my wife and treat us with respect. My condition means that placement of rotunda and wheelchair has to be very precise when making transfers. They were quick to learn use of rotunda and ceiling hoist
and take care to keep me safe when transferring. Arrival timings, though variable are reasonably accurate and they usually notify us if they are delayed but it is not always clear who will arrive. We are happy with the care and service that we receive.
