To clarify, the carer attending to your wife holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, as well as ongoing 50+ training and mandatory face-to-face practical training, which is carried out annually. All of our carers have the same qualifications and undergo this comprehensive training to maintain the highest standards of care. We appreciate your light-hearted comment and are delighted to know that her dedication and attention to detail have made a positive difference to your wife's care. Communication is very good showing that they care about their clients and their immediate family. They always manage to respond and deal with any unforeseen need for extra care etc.
